For commercial enquiries, the quotation form is the fastest route — it asks the questions that have to be answered before anyone can give you a useful number.
Commercial enquiries
The quotation form is the best starting point for any sourcing requirement. It asks for flower, specification, quantity, frequency, destination and timing, and every technical field carries an “I don’t know yet, please advise” option if you are still working the requirement out.
We aim to respond to every serious commercial enquiry within one business day.
For anything that is not a quotation request — a correction to something published here, a question about a source, or a press enquiry — email is fine.

Corrections
If a figure on this site is out of date or wrong, we would genuinely like to know. Every regulatory and trade figure carries the authority that published it and the date it was read, precisely so that it can be checked. Tell us which page and which figure and we will verify it against the source.
This is not a formality. Figures on this site have been withdrawn and corrected when they did not survive re-checking — a devitalisation dosage that could no longer be confirmed against current guidance, and a market-share figure that had been calculated by dividing one reporting basis by another. Both are recorded on the pages concerned rather than quietly amended.
Before you enquire
If you are still working out what to ask for, these answer the questions that come up most often:
- What a Kenyan rose specification actually contains — stem length, head size, and why "Grade A" will not get you a comparable quotation
- When to buy — the best quality window is not the busiest one
- Duty and plant health by destination — the United Kingdom, Australia and Saudi Arabia, each with its sources and dates
- How to verify any Kenyan supplier — including this one
Tell us what you need
A quotation depends on specification, volume, frequency, destination and season. The more precisely you can describe the requirement, the more useful our reply will be — and every technical field has an “I don’t know yet” option if you are still working it out.
